为什么会出现没有no plane or patch的提示呢

应该是信号线上的node缺少参考面，可以定位某一个（例如Trace9041）信号线段，仔细分析一下看看该线的上下参考面是否完整，例如过孔反焊盘切割plane而造成的参考面不连续。

楼上理解正确，对应到问题查看了一上，下面的确是一块不完整的铜皮。
