Capture和PAD焊盘制作问题

各位前辈好，我是Capture的新手，想请教各位俩个问题，1，Capture怎么打不开，Pcb editor等各款都能正常打开；
                                                   2，Pad制作焊盘的时候操作都正常，就是不能保存，很郁闷了。
如图所示，求给位大侠帮忙解决，谢谢
