虚拟机不能正常运行

我的虚拟机装的linux系统，但不知道为什么不能运行了，一运行就出现： The disk "D:\我的文档\My Virtual Machines\Fedora\Fedora.vmdk" has internal consistency errors that may be caused by partial corruption of the disk file. 这样的字样，然后点击OK之后又出现： Cannot open the disk 'D:\我的文档\My Virtual Machines\Fedora\Fedora.vmdk' or one of the snapshot disks it depends on.
Reason: The specified virtual disk needs repair.
这样的问题怎么解决啊?刚接触嵌入式啊！

D:\我的文档\My Virtual Machines\Fedora\Fedora.vmdk 看下这个文件是否存在 ，或者是不是你将一个snapshot 删除了，造成无法恢复到那个状态，如果是这样情况，只能重装这个虚拟系统了。
